一、研究所介绍
山东第一医科大学科创中心环境与健康研究所聚焦于物理、化学、生物等环境因素对人体健康、疾病发生、衰老的影响,重点围绕高风险环境因素引发/促进造血障碍、免疫缺陷、代谢紊乱、癌症、病原微生物感染、神经/骨退行性疾病等重大疾病开展相关研究,并探究如何利用纳米诊疗体系实现疾病的精准诊断和有效干预,实现从环境分析、诊疗研发和效应机制研究的有机结合。研究所现有教授/研究员10人,包括长江学者2人,山东省泰山学者7人,山东省优青2人。研究所现有独立PI团队9个,课题组长分别为刘宇/辛涛,高华、张书平、杨成雄、孙晓、魏义举、王昌龙、董自亮、平玉奇。
二、研究领域
主要研究方向包括:小分子代谢物和微量元素代谢紊乱在重大慢性疾病中的作用机制研究,肿瘤发生发展相关机制与诊疗靶点发现,功能生物医用纳米材料的开发及在新型肿瘤诊疗中的应用,磁共振诊疗分子与纳米探针的研发,基于仿生载体的药物递送体系的构建与应用,功能仿生医用材料的研发与应用,多孔骨架材料基色谱分离介质,粘附类G蛋白偶联受体结构与功能等。

研究所目前承担,国家自然科学基金培育项目1项,国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目共计18项,山东省重大基础研究项目1项。研究所自成立以来,发表多篇包括Nature, Cell,PNAS, Nature Nanotechnology, Science Advances, Blood, Cell Metabolism, Chem, J. Am. Chem. Soc.等在内的多篇高水平研究论文。
