一、个人简介

郭玉娜,博士,山东第一医科大学副研究员,硕士生导师,泰山学者青年专家。2021年毕业于南京大学生命分析化学国家重点实验室,获博士学位,并于同年加入山东第一医科大学,国家杰青课题组工作。长期致力于分析化学与疾病诊断、调控领域的交叉研究,聚焦糖生物学与化学生物学,推动癌症早期诊断、细胞工程及再生医学等前沿领域的突破性进展。

近年来主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目等重要科研课题,并以第一作者或通讯作者身份在国际顶级学术期刊上发表SCI论文十余篇,其中包括两篇发表于化学类顶刊Journal of the American Chemical Society,此外,还在JACS Au、Trends in Analytical Chemistry、Biosensors and Bioelectronics等国际知名期刊上,以通讯作者身份发表了多篇研究成果,获得了国内外同行的高度评价与广泛引用。

研究工作涵盖了细胞特异性标记、外泌体糖基化分析、糖基修饰调控等领域,尤其是在基于适体-酶偶联的邻近催化标记技术方面,提出了一种全新的思路,实现了细胞表面糖基的精确修饰和细胞-细胞相互作用的调控,为肿瘤干预研究提供了具有前瞻性的技术平台。围绕癌症标志物的高灵敏检测方法,研究成果为精准医学的发展和早期诊断提供了重要支持。
